Dakenn LLC ("Dakenn," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy rights and is committed to being transparent with our use of your information. This Privacy Policy describes how Dakenn collects, uses, and discloses information from users of our mobile application Plant Focus ("Plant Focus" or the "Game"). By downloading, accessing, or playing Plant Focus, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Currently, Plant Focus does not collect personal information or user-generated data. We do not utilize analytics, advertising SDKs, or any form of tracking that would identify you.

If future versions of Plant Focus incorporate analytics or crash logging (e.g., Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics), we may collect the following data:

  • Device type and OS version

  • Session duration and feature usage

  • Crash logs and diagnostics

  • Country (inferred from IP address)

  • Anonymized identifiers (device or app instance IDs)

In the event that we implement these systems, all collected information will be used solely to improve the user experience and stability of Plant Focus.

If we implement cloud save features, your game progress will be saved using:

  • iCloud (for iOS users)

  • Google Play Games Services (for Android users)

We do not store, access, or transmit your cloud save data to Dakenn's servers.

If any information is collected in future updates, we may use it to:

  • Maintain and improve the functionality of Plant Focus

  • Diagnose and fix bugs or crashes

  • Understand user behavior and feature popularity

  • Optimize the app for performance across devices

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or cross-service tracking.

3. How We Disclose Your Information

Currently, Plant Focus does not share any personal information with third parties. If in the future we collect anonymized data for analytics or diagnostics, it may be processed by:

  • Firebase / Crashlytics (Google)

  • Apple and Google (via their cloud save services)

We do not sell or share personal data with third-party advertisers.

4. Permissions (Screen Time - iOS)

Plant Focus may request access to Screen Time data via iOS APIs to:

  • Help users view their app usage trends and focus behaviors

This permission is entirely optional. Screen Time data is:

  • Processed only on your device

  • Never transmitted to Dakenn or any external server

  • Not stored, profiled, or monetized

You may revoke this permission at any time via your iOS settings.

5. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.

  • Payment is processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  • Dakenn receives a confirmation of the transaction (e.g., item ID, purchase status), but not your name, billing address, or credit card details

6. Your Controls and Choices

As of now, since no personal information is collected, you do not need to request access, correction, or deletion of data.

If we introduce analytics or data collection in the future, we will:

  • Provide in-app controls or settings to manage your consent

  • Offer ways to opt-out or revoke permission

  • Allow you to access or delete any personal data (if applicable)

7. Privacy for Children and Minors

Plant Focus is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from anyone under 13 years old. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Security and Integrity

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the integrity of the app and its data. That said, no system is completely secure, and we encourage you to manage permissions and settings through your device.

9. Data Retention

Currently, Plant Focus does not retain any user data. In the future, if we collect usage analytics, crash logs, or diagnostics, we will:

  • Retain only anonymized data

  • Delete data as soon as it is no longer needed for analysis or improvement

10. Data Transfers, Storage, and Processing Globally

Plant Focus does not transmit personal data across borders. If future analytics tools are added, processing may occur in the United States or where our service providers (e.g., Google, Apple) are located, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Appendix A - California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents may have the right to:

  • Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information)

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

Currently, we do not collect personal information. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate opt-out links or interfaces.

Appendix B - EEA and UK Users

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, users have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you

  • Object to or restrict data processing

  • Withdraw consent (if processing is based on consent)

  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

At this time, Plant Focus does not process personal data. If this changes, we will:

  • Update this Privacy Policy

  • Identify the legal basis for any processing (e.g., consent, legitimate interest)

  • Offer mechanisms to exercise your rights
