Creating things we use ourselves

We build apps and games that solve problems and keep us entertained in our own lives. We share them with the world to help and entertain others as well.

Who are we

Dakenn

Dak + Kenn

Dakenn is a small indie studio run by siblings Dak and Kenn, both engineering graduates of Michigan Tech. We make apps and games that feel thoughtful instead of artificial.

Dak: Builds the app and gets it into your hands, from the code to the App Store, to the website you reading right now.

Kenn: The creative heart of Dakenn. Every plant, every hat, and every expression on Phil's face is hand-drawn by her.

Education: 4 Degrees between them including 3 Engineering, and 2 masters degrees at Michigan Tech, University of Michigan and University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler
